Oyasumi #16

I've been having these feelings for her the entire time I was in Morning Musume. She's the person I look up to, my senpai, my leader. But lately she has been out of it ever since Gaki-san started dating Eri. I feel so bad for her, she keeps working harder and harder, and I really want to say something and let her know that I'm always going to be there for her no matter what.

Currently, we are in rehearsals. We have five more minutes, and we are leaving to go home. My mind was filled with Ai-chan and who I was going home with tonight. Maybe Aika and LinLin? I always seem to have fun with my fellow generation. Or maybe Kamei-san and Gaki-san? No JunJun you idiot, Ai-chan's already hurt by them. That's it! I should go home with her for the night!

But we live so far away from each other, I don't know if that's a right option. I still concentrated on my dance moves, but I kept getting them wrong due to my thoughts. Ai-chan gave me a concerned look and giggled. She doesn't do that, something must be wrong. My cheeks flushed red, and I finally got them right.

"Okay everyone, you are free to go," the dance instructor told us. I grabbed my bag as everyone was leaving the dance studio. Aika ran up to me and lightly tapped my shoulder. I turned around, and she grinned. "What?" I asked, knowing that something was up. "Do you want to ride home with me, LinLin, and Koharu?" she offered, smiling even more. I looked over at Ai-chan, who was still dancing. "No, I'm going to stay with Ai-chan for the night." I replied. Aika gave me a concerned look and nodded. "I understand, she needs somebody to talk to. I'll see you later." She sounded a little disappointed, but she skipped out of the studio and waved goodbye.

Ai-chan was stretching now, her face was expressionless, but she looked like she could burst any minute. I guess she's still not over Gaki-san, I'll probably never have my chance with her. I decided to exit the studio and go to my own apartment, but then I heard her say my name in a wobbly voice.

"Yes?" I asked, stopping in my tracks. "Please, don't go, don't leave me here." her voice cracked. I want to run and give her a big hug. I turned around, and her face was tear-streaked. I dropped my bag and ran over to her, putting my arm around her shoulders and holding her. "It's okay." I whispered, trying not to panick.

Ai-chan kept sobbing for about twenty minutes. The dance studio was about to close, and I decided to take her home. "Come Ai-chan, let's go to your house." She already stopped crying, but she was still holding my hand, her bag in the other.

It was very windy outside, which is strange because it's summer. Ai-chan squeezed my hand tightly as I called for a taxi, which didn't take long. We went inside, and Ai-chan's head was on my shoulder. She's really upset, but for some strange reason, I'm glad she's depressed. I can make her feel better.

Wait, what is she doing? Her thumb is running over my knuckles. Wait, does she like me? Why am I not saying anything? "We are at your destination girls." the cab driver told us. "Thank you." Ai-chan whispered in a low voice, getting her wallet. "No, let me." I paid the cab driver, and we went to Ai-chan's house.

"Holy...crap." My eyes started growing as I slowly followed Ai-chan inside the house. She giggled and spoke, "I'm glad you're here JunJun." "No problem Ai-chan, I....um..." I didn't speak, I didn't know what to say. She was staring into my eyes, wanting something. ".....I want to be here for you," I continued. "I can't have you being all depressed forever. It's been five months since Gaki-san and Eri-chan got together, and you need to move on or else-"

"I already did." Ai-chan walked closer to me until I was against the wall. I gulped, having no idea what was about to happen. She stood on her tiptoes, and the next thing I knew her lips collided softly with mine. Of course, I was shocked at first, but then I was relaxed. I like her, and she liked me back.

My arms wrapped around her waist, feeling comfortable. We broke away, panting and sweating due to our excitement. It felt so good, but I have to head home soon.

"Um...er...sorry about that." Ai-chan blushed, scratching the back of her head. "It's okay, I kind of um....liked it." I blushed too, giving her a silly grin.

"I love you JunJun." she whispered quickly.

"I love you too Ai-chan." I replied, leaning in to kiss her again. "Wait," she said, backing away, which nearly made me fall. "We need to take this somewhere else."

She took my hand and we went to the bedroom. All I can say is that we had a very passionate night.

I'm glad I made her move on.
