Untitled (Momusu Fanfic: Chapter Twenty)

Natsumi put down her phone on her dresser as she walked over to her bed. She sat on her big, fluffy, bed, thinking about what she had just done. She heard a knock on her bedroom door.

"Come in." Natsumi whispered softly.

"Hey, I just made some cookies and-" the woman opened the door and went inside the bedroom. "Something wrong?"

"I broke up with Maki Kaorin." Natsumi sighed, sitting up and taking a cookie.

"I told you that girl's a player." Kaori munched on a cookie, a smile forming on her lips.

"You're always right Kaorin."

"Of course I am Nacchi," Kaori gave Natsumi a soft smile. "I'm always going to be here for you." 'What did that mean?' Natsumi thought, her cheeks turning pink. Kaori winked at Natsumi and left the room, leaving Natsumi a little suspicious. But she did feel heartbroken over Maki.

Although the two girls usually fought a lot, they had some fun times too. Those days were over when Yaguchi Mari came along. Maki has been staring at her and denying it for the past few months. Natsumi finally went to the kitchen to go get Kaori's cookies. 'God they are so delicious!' she thought.

"Ah, hello Natsumi," Kaori was watching TV on the couch in the living room. "Hello Kaorin." Natsumi grabbed a plate of cookies and sat next to Kaori, her cheeks a little pink.

"Anything you want to talk about?" Kaori asked, putting her arm around Natsumi's shoulders.

"Why are you acting so weird right now?" Natsumi felt a little uncomfortable. Kaori fell silent. Natsumi was confused.

"Are you going to answer?"

"Nacchi..."

"What? You can tell me."

"You deserve to break up with Maki."

"You already said that." Natsumi was a little angry.

"But.."

"But what?"

"I like you Nacchi." Kaori said, taking Natsumi's hands. Natsumi couldn't believe what was going on. Her cheeks were red and she felt like screaming. But she didn't know what to do.

"Kaorin," Natsumi let go of Kaori's hands. "I need to think this through." Natsumi went to her room and closed the door behind her.
